Job summary

Qualifications

4+ years of business analysis, requirements elicitation, process improvement, or project coordination in government health and human services.
Ability to document business needs, validate workflows, analyze gaps, and align objectives with technology solutions.
Knowledge of child welfare is required.
Experience with IV&V, PMO, QA, data conversion, or go-live activities is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver consulting project activities across multiple projects.
Analyze data patterns, recommend actions, and measure outcomes.
Coordinate with technical staff to understand requirements and processes.
Conduct market research and understand market trends.
Create system functional specifications from business requirements.
Interact with organization and client managers.
