Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of current, relevant experience in business analysis for government health and human services programs.
• Ability to document needs, validate workflows, and align objectives with technology solutions.
• Experience developing or maintaining business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, traceability matrices, meeting notes, decision logs, action item logs, and other project deliverables.
• Knowledge of child welfare is required.
• Strong organizational, facilitation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting project activities for various projects.
• Analyze complex data to identify patterns and measure outcomes.
• Coordinate with technical staff to understand business requirements, specifications, and processes.
• Create system functional specifications from business requirements.
• Interact with organization and client managers.
• Perform cost/schedule monitoring.
• Identify additional product and service opportunities in customer organization.
