Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis.
  • Experience documenting business, functional, reporting, interface, data and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Translate program and stakeholder needs into clear business requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze data, identify patterns, and measure outcomes.
  • Coordinate with technical staff to define requirements and processes.
  • Facilitate requirements sessions with cross‑functional teams.
  • Support traceability between objectives and system design and testing.
  • Prepare client-ready documentation and status updates.
