• Obtains and processes information needed to establish orders.
• Interviews customers by telephone and in person to determine service needs.
• Answers phones and responds to customer requests promptly.
• Accesses state systems and internet resources for case information.
• Prepares legal and administrative documents for review by staff attorneys.
• Identifies remedies for enforcement of support orders.
• Files pleadings and court documents with the clerk of court.
• Enters docket numbers and court dates into the state computer system.
• Attends court with assigned attorney and assists in case resolution.
• Completes attorney-directed follow-up within required timeframes.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of case information.
• Maintains regular and timely attendance.
