Job summary

Responsibilities

• Chaperone children at all times and ensure they are never left unattended.
• Coordinate daily meal preparation for breakfast, lunch, and snacks in volume.
• Maintain CACFP records (food usage, menus, inventory, daily meal counts, allergies, ordering).
• Oversee kitchen staff to ensure proper cooking and sanitation methods.
• Maintain equipment and sanitation per PA State Health Department and Head Start standards.
• Conduct on-site mini trainings for staff and parents.
