Job summary

Community Action Partnership of Cambria County is seeking a dedicated individual to ensure the safety and well-being of children across various programs. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and possess strong communication and math skills. This position requires a current PA driver's license and Pediatric First Aid/CPR Certification. Reliable transportation is necessary, and experience in child-oriented settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a child-oriented group setting preferred.
• Current PA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Free of Child Abuse/Neglect history prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure children are supervised and safe at all times.
• Monitor kitchen/dining area and meal counts.
• Provide training on meal count collection to staff.
• Maintain required documentation for programs.

Skills

Working knowledge of computers, including MS Word, Excel

Proficient oral and written communication skills

Basic math skills and data analysis ability

Ability to train others on processes

Ability to deal tactfully with the public

Pediatric First Aid and CPR Certification

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associates Degree
