Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a licensed or provisionally licensed child and adolescent therapist to provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and their caregivers. The role includes full clinical supervision and administrative support to help you progress toward independent licensure.

You will work onsite with an interdisciplinary team in Pennsylvania, delivering impact-based care while gaining dedicated hours toward licensure and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LSW, LAPC, or pre-licensed candidate working toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers with supervision provided.
• Receive dedicated clinical hours toward independent licensure and administrative support.
• Work onsite alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide care to young patients and their families.
