Blackbird Health in Pennsylvania is seeking an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers with full clinical supervision and administrative support provided by Blackbird.

Working on-site alongside an interdisciplinary team, you’ll receive dedicated clinical hours toward independent licensure while delivering impactful care to young patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LSW, LAPC, or pre-licensed candidate working toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision and team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers with supervision provided by Blackbird.
• Work on-site alongside an interdisciplinary team and contribute to patient care for young patients and their families.
