Job summary

Blackbird Health seeks an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults and their caregivers with supervision and administrative support. This on-site role works with an interdisciplinary team, providing clinical hours toward independent licensure and serving families with impactful care.

Active PA license is required, 1+ year of pediatric experience, and a commitment to 100% onsite attendance.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license as LSW, LAPC, or pre-licensed candidate working toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers with full clinical supervision and administrative support from Blackbird.
• Work on-site with an interdisciplinary team, earning clinical hours toward independent licensure while delivering care to young patients and families.
