Blackbird Health is seeking an Associate or Provisionally Licensed Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy for children, adolescents, young adults and their caregivers with full clinical supervision. The role offers on-site collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and dedicated hours toward licensure.

Positions include FT onsite with a 60k base? placeholder; compensation ranges from 60k to 85k includes benefits and supervision; flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• Licensed or provisionally licensed in PA (LSW, LAPC) or working toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Available for 100% onsite attendance and after 3:00 PM hours.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers.
• Work on-site with an interdisciplinary team with clinical supervision and administrative support.
• Support hours: evenings/weekends per core schedule.
