Job summary

Blackbird Health in Pennsylvania is seeking an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers with full clinical supervision and administrative support.

Onsite with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll receive dedicated clinical hours toward independent licensure while helping families access comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LSW, LAPC, or pre-licensed candidate working toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision and team collaboration.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers.
• Work on-site alongside an interdisciplinary team with clinical supervision and administrative support.
• Provide care that supports independent licensure goals while aiding families.
