Blackbird Health is seeking an Associate/Provisionally Licensed Therapist to provide high-quality therapy to children and families. You’ll work on-site with a collaborative interdisciplinary team, receiving supervision hours toward independent licensure and administrative support for billing, credentialing, and EMR.

The role offers a 4-day workweek option, 12–8 PM or 1–9 PM shifts, and a guaranteed caseload with supervision included. NJ LSWs aiming for licensure are encouraged to apply.

Qualifikationen

• Active provisionally licensed / associate credential in NJ (e.g., LSW) working toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 1+ year of experience providing care to children, adolescents, or young adult patients.
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision, team collaboration, and core clinic presence.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers with full clinical supervision and administrative support provided by Blackbird.
• Work on-site alongside an interdisciplinary team and receive dedicated supervision hours toward independent licensure.
• Support a guaranteed caseload and engage in collaborative care to improve pediatric mental health outcomes.
