Blackbird Health is seeking an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families with dedicated supervision toward licensure. Onsite work and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team are required.

We offer 100% onsite roles with full benefits, a base salary of $65,000–$70,000 for full-time and a part-time option with a different structure, plus generous holidays and 401(k) matching.

Competenze

• Active provisionally licensed / associate credential in MD (e.g., LMSW).
• 1+ year of experience providing care to children, adolescents, or young adult patients.
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision, team collaboration, and core clinic presence.

Mansioni

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers with supervision.
• Work on-site alongside an interdisciplinary team with clinical supervision hours toward independent licensure.
• Provide care with dedicated supervision and administrative support.
