Job summary

Blackbird Health in New Jersey is seeking an Associate/Provisionally Licensed Therapist to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers, with full clinical supervision and administrative support provided.

Working on-site with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll gain dedicated supervision hours toward independent licensure while offering compassionate, coordinated care to families.

Qualifications

• Active provisionally licensed / associate credential in NJ (e.g., LSW) working toward independent licensure (LCSW).
• 1+ year of experience providing care to children, adolescents, or young adult patients.
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision, team collaboration, and core clinic presence.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers with full clinical supervision.
• Work on-site with an interdisciplinary team and support administrative tasks.
• Participate in supervision toward independent licensure and ongoing professional development.
