Blackbird Health, a pediatric mental health provider in the U.S., seeks an Associate/Provisionally Licensed Therapist. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to children and families with clinical supervision and administrative support.

The role is 100% onsite in NJ, with a 36-hour workweek, a guaranteed caseload, and a base salary of $65,000–$70,000 plus full benefits. Flexible evenings/weekends and comprehensive supervision help toward independent licensure.

Competenze

• Active provisionally licensed / associate credential in NJ (LSW) working toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 1+ year of experience providing care to children, adolescents, or young adults.
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision, team collaboration, and core clinic presence.

Mansioni

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers under supervision.
• Work on-site with an interdisciplinary team, receiving dedicated clinical supervision hours toward licensure.
• Provide care to patients while participating in supervision and administrative support.
