Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist to deliver high‑quality therapy to children, adolescents, and families with full clinical supervision and administrative support. This on-site role offers supervision hours toward independent licensure and a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment.

Full-time W2 positions provide a base salary of $65,000–$70,000, with 28 direct care hours per week and optional 4‑day workweeks.

Qualifications

• Active provisionally licensed / associate credential in MD (e.g., LMSW).
• 1+ year of experience providing care to children, adolescents, or young adult patients.
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for supervision, team collaboration, and core clinic presence.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children and families.
• Provide clinical supervision hours toward licensure.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on-site to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and EMR entries, ensure patient engagement.

Skills

LMSW (provisionally licensed)
