Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist in New Jersey to provide high-quality therapy to children and families with clinical supervision and administrative support. The role is on-site within an interdisciplinary team and includes supervision hours toward independent licensure.

Full-time options include 65,000–70,000 USD base salary with extensive benefits and 28 direct care hours per week, plus additional details on shift windows after 3 PM and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active provisionally licensed / associate credential in NJ (e.g., LSW).
• 1+ year of experience providing care to children, adolescents, or young adult patients.
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision, team collaboration, and core clinic presence.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers with full clinical supervision and administrative support provided by Blackbird.
• Working on-site alongside an interdisciplinary team, you’ll receive dedicated clinical supervision hours toward independent licensure while delivering impactful care.
