Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist (LSW/LAPC) to provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and their families with full clinical supervision and administrative support.

You will work on-site with an interdisciplinary team, earning clinical hours toward independent licensure while delivering meaningful care in a supportive pediatric mental health practice.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LSW/LAPC or pre-licensed toward independent licensure.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescents.
• Commitment to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults and their caregivers with supervision.
• Work on-site with an interdisciplinary team and provide high-quality therapy.
• Support clients and families to address root causes and symptoms through a whole-child approach.

Education
