Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking an Associate/Provisionally Licensed Therapist (LSW/LAPC) to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and families with full clinical supervision. The role offers on-site work and structured hours, with comprehensive benefits and professional supervision.

We require a PA license (LSW/LAPC or pre-licensed toward independent licensure) and at least 1 year of experience with children and adolescents.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LSW, LAPC, or pre-licensed candidate working toward independent licensure.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents with full clinical supervision.
• Work on-site with an interdisciplinary team and provide supervision support.
• Maintain dedicated clinical hours and engage in team collaboration and scheduling as described.
