Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to provide essential clinical care for children, teens, and young adults in Pennsylvania. You will conduct 30-minute video intakes, follow-ups, and medication management, with a focus on evidence-based treatment and culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities include comprehensive medication management, risk assessments, and constructing patient-centered treatment plans, while collaborating with Lyra’s provider network

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or PA program with psychiatry certification.
• Unrestricted state license required.
• Minimum 2 years in practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health medication management via intake and follow-up visits.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medications.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
