Job summary

Vori Health is seeking a dynamic Vice President of VBC Analytics and Medical Economics to lead our analytics and medical economics initiatives within the value-based care framework. This senior role requires a credentialed actuary with healthcare analytics expertise to drive models, risk adjustment, cost management, and quality improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Credentialed actuary (FSA, ASA, or equivalent) with substantial healthcare analytics experience.
• Strong understanding of value-based care models and healthcare delivery systems.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and software for data visualization and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategies to support VBC initiatives (risk adjustment, cost management, quality improvement).
• Oversee medical economics analytics with clients and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into operations.
• Make data-driven recommendations to improve patient targeting and engagement.
• Design and implement actuarial models for payor contracts and alternative payment models.
• Support sales and client success with financial value and ROI questions.
• Communicate findings to executives and external partners clearly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in VBC and healthcare analytics.
