Job summary

Vitae Health Systems is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst, VBC Analytics & Insights to translate value-based care data (including LEAD ACO performance) into actionable insights for leadership, clinical partners, and operations.

You will oversee analytics output, partner with an external analytics platform vendor, and ensure data quality while communicating complex CMS data to non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years in healthcare analytics, health informatics, or a related quantitative role.
Able to translate complex healthcare data into clear, decision-ready reporting for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience evaluating a third-party analytics vendor's outputs for quality and completeness.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain VBC reporting and dashboards on cost of care, utilization, quality performance, attribution, and shared savings.
Produce ad hoc analysis for VBC and clinical leadership to support decisions.
Translate clinical and claims data into population health insights for leadership and partners.
Present findings clearly to non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
