Job summary

Equality Health seeks a VP of Value-Based Care Impact & Strategy to lead comprehensive assessment of VBC impact across clinical, financial, operational, and patient outcomes. You will shape external narratives, collaborate with Medical Economics, Actuarial, Clinical, Operations, and Growth teams, and drive value-based program strategy.

This role requires executive communication, strategic synthesis, and proven experience turning data into stakeholder-ready value stories for payer and provider

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in value-based care, healthcare analytics, actuarial analysis, or related fields.
• Significant experience with health plans, provider organizations, risk-bearing groups, or MSOs.
• Deep understanding of value-based care models and related incentives.
• Ability to synthesize complex results into clear value narratives.
• Experience communicating with senior healthcare executives and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop the framework to assess impact of the value-based care model for payers, providers, and states.
• Define clinical, financial, operational, quality, utilization, patient experience, and health equity measures.
• Provide strategic direction on analytical questions and evidence to support the value proposition.
• Translate findings into compelling narratives for external stakeholders and executives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across clinical, actuarial, finance, and growth teams.
