Job summary
Equality Health seeks a Vice President of Value-Based Care Impact & Strategy to lead organization-wide assessment of its value-based care model across clinical, financial, operational, and patient outcomes. This role shapes externally communicated value narratives for payers, providers, and state agencies while partnering with Medical Economics, Actuarial, Clinical, Finance, and Growth teams.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in value-based care, healthcare economics, analytics, or related fields.
- Experience with payer/provider partnerships and risk-bearing models.
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop the framework to assess the impact of the value-based care model for payers, providers, and states.
- Lead external value storytelling for diverse audiences and executive discussions.
- Partner with clinical, actuarial, finance, and operations teams to align around value.
- Translate analytical insights into strategic recommendations for growth and program design.
