Vori Health is seeking a dynamic executive to lead VBC analytics and medical economics in a nationwide, remote setting. The VP will guide analytical models, risk adjustment, and cost management to optimize value-based care programs across the organization.

The role requires credentialed actuarial expertise, deep healthcare analytics knowledge, and strong leadership. Remote work supports a flexible schedule while maintaining collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Credentialed actuary (FSA/ASA or equivalent) with healthcare analytics experience.
• Proven experience with value-based care models and healthcare delivery systems.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; translate data to insights.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; manage high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategies to support value-based care initiatives (risk adjustment, cost management, quality improvement).
• Oversee medical economics analytics with clients and vendors; provide insights on trends and financial projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into operations.
• Make data-driven recommendations to improve patient targeting and outcomes.
• Design actuarial models to evaluate financial impact of VBC contracts and alternative models.
• Support sales and client success with clear financial value communication.
• Present complex findings to executives and partners clearly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in VBC/healthcare analytics.
