Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, provider performance measurement, BI, and reporting methodologies.
• 5+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational owner for VBC reporting administration, governance, and enablement.
• Act as the SME and internal consultant for VBC reporting solutions, capabilities, and report availability.
• Partner across analytics, business, and technology teams to support reporting needs and drive process improvements.
• Lead stakeholder education, training, and support to increase adoption of reports and analytics tools.
• Investigate and resolve data integrity, reporting, and operational issues and guide end users.
