Job summary

RELX is seeking a Head Talent Partner to lead Talent & Capability (T&C) COE for the RX business, reporting to HR leadership. You will drive the COE strategy, align talent initiatives with divisional goals, and ensure exceptional talent solutions across geographies.

You will advocate leadership development programs, build high-potential pipelines, and collaborate with executive teams to embed talent practices into business performance, while leveraging data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, performance management and organisational development.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders and HR to align talent initiatives with business goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with data/metrics to monitor program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of the T&C COE strategy and align with divisional priorities.
• Represent the COE on divisional HR and leadership teams.
• Lead leadership development programs to elevate manager capability and culture.
• Coordinate RELX Talent Review and succession planning with business leaders.
• Oversee the divisional training plan and budget for T&C categories 1 & 2.
• Engage with stakeholders across geographies to deliver large-scale talent initiatives.
• Utilise AI and global trends to upskill and adapt talent strategies.
