Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Houston seeks a Head of Talent Management to drive strategic talent initiatives across North America. You will lead full lifecycle talent management, from acquisition and development to retention and deployment, partnering with HR and operations to build the capabilities the business needs.

You will implement talent reviews, leverage data to shape workforce planning, support executive coaching and leadership development, and promote an employer of choice while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Management, including talent acquisition leadership.
• Strong track record in developing and implementing talent development programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle talent management including acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Deploy talent reviews to identify high potential and critical roles with action plans.
• Leverage talent metrics to drive strategic decisions and workforce planning.
• Design and deploy global talent initiatives with face-to-face and digital delivery.
• Coordinate best practice approaches with the global talent center of excellence.
• Ensure effective talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.
• Enhance employee experience to become an employer of choice.
• Partner with HRIS to deliver learning solutions and tech-enabled processes.
• Collaborate with functional areas to support social media strategies for attracting talent.
• Oversee partnerships with contingent staffing and ensure high service levels.
