Job summary

RELX Inc. is seeking a Head Talent Partner to lead the Talent & Capability COE strategy for the RX business. You will partner with HR leadership, own strategic initiatives, and align talent solutions with divisional priorities to drive capability and performance.

You will engage with executives worldwide, champion leadership development, manage talent reviews, and ensure initiatives create measurable business impact and a high-performance culture within RX.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management, performance management and organisational development.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies.
• Effective leadership and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement Talent & Capability approaches that support RX’s business objectives.
• Represent RX needs in RELX-wide T&C discussions and initiatives, ensuring high-value outcomes.
• Lead and develop RELX leadership and development programs to elevate manager capability and build a strong talent pipeline.
