Job summary

WIN Reality, LLC in Austin, TX seeks a Head of Content & Storytelling to own the brand's proof engine. You will capture authentic stories from athletes, families, and coaches, shaping content that drives action across social, web, email, and B2B channels.

You’ll direct long-form narratives and a campaign spine video for the annual brand push, ensuring stories move players and parents toward engagement and buying decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in documentary, sports media, or branded content.
• A portfolio of real-person stories that drove action.
• Strong interviewer with kids, parents, and coaches.
• Experience writing, directing, and producing video.
• Experience managing production partners or freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a repeatable system for capturing proof stories at every rung of the ladder.
• Find and develop family, commit, and coach stories with sales, SmartPark data, and partners.
• Write interviews and scripts, and direct shoots; lead long-form athlete stories.
• Plan content around the season and package stories for all channels.
• Lead the Social & Community Manager and set the creative bar for WIN's content.
