Job summary

Superstat is a fast-growing sports tech startup turning game film into pro-level stats using computer vision. We’re seeking a content lead to tell stories about players, coaches, clubs, and founders, turning moments into engaging narratives that people want to follow.

You’ll own content ideas, scripting, filming, editing, writing, publishing and performance analysis, while growing Superstat’s organic channels and founders’ personal brands from Austin.

Qualifications

• Storytelling is your strongest skill and you can build audience engagement.
• Ability to build a community around a person or product.
• Comfortable directing others, shooting, editing, and publishing independently.
• Sports interest and curiosity about players, coaches and parents.

Responsibilities

• Find stories and hooks in customer experiences, founder conversations, sports and everyday company life.
• Film and edit short videos for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, plus long-form YouTube videos.
• Help the team communicate naturally in their own voices, directing shoots and eliciting engaging stories.
• Present on camera, interview people and become a familiar face of Superstat.
• Create supporting LinkedIn and X posts, photos and carousels.
• Plan filming, organize footage and keep accounts publishing consistently.
• Use audience response, retention and customer actions to improve the next round of content.
