Job summary

Superstat in Austin, TX is seeking a content lead to turn players, coaches and founders into compelling stories. The role splits between content creation and founder content; you'll own ideas, scripting, filming, editing, writing, publishing and analysis.

You'll build organic channels, capture moments at events, plan publishing and measure retention to grow an engaged audience. A solo production role with travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Strong storytelling ability to turn moments into engaging stories.
• Comfortable presenting on camera and building personal brands.
• Experience creating and publishing content across social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Find stories and hooks in customer experiences, founder conversations, sports and everyday company life.
• Film and edit short videos for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, alongside long-form YouTube videos.
• Help the Superstat team communicate naturally in their own voices, from directing a shoot to asking questions that bring out engaging stories.
• Present on camera, interview people and become a familiar face of Superstat.
• Create supporting LinkedIn and X posts, photos and carousels.
• Plan filming, organise footage and keep the accounts publishing consistently.
• Use audience response, retention and customer actions to improve the next round of content.
