Revo Casino and Social House is hiring a Casino Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. You will be on the floor, respond to incidents, and document events while upholding AML and casino policies. Expect evening and night shifts and a role that blends security with guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; security or law enforcement training is a plus.
• Proven customer service skills and experience in security roles.
• Excellent communication, and ability to diffuse difficult situations.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; valid driver’s license.
• Physical fitness to stand, walk, and perform security duties for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a constant presence to deter and detect security threats and unauthorized access.
• Interact with guests on the casino floor, delivering courteous service.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities per protocols.
• Document incidents and maintain shift activity records with accuracy.
• Enforce AML, CIS, and casino policies; monitor access points and verify IDs.
