The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. AML adherence and reporting are integral to daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; security training is a plus.
• Customer service skills are a must; guest interaction is essential.
• Proven experience in security roles, preferably in casino or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of security practices and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Deter and detect security threats across the casino floor.
• Interact with guests on shift to provide assistance and maintain safety.
• Respond promptly to emergencies following established protocols.
• Coordinate with emergency personnel and law enforcement as needed.
• Document incidents and maintain shift records and logs.
• Adhere to AML program requirements and customer identification rules.
• Monitor access points and verify identities per casino policy.
• Safeguard assets and assist with escorting high-value transactions.
• Participate in ongoing training on security procedures and policies.
