Job summary

Citi in Wilmington, DE seeks a senior leader to define and execute the strategic vision for the ThankYou Rewards ecosystem. This role owns capabilities, partnerships, and the strategic roadmap to drive member engagement, rewards value, and financial performance across the program.

The leader will balance customer-focused innovation with financial discipline, influence senior stakeholders, and drive enterprise-wide alignment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in loyalty, rewards, partnerships, product management, customer engagement, payments, financial services, travel, or related industries.
• Proven success leading large-scale strategic initiatives with significant customer and financial impact.
• Extensive experience managing and growing executive-level strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional organizations through transformation and change.
• Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems, rewards economics, customer engagement strategies, and digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for ThankYou Rewards capabilities and partnerships.
• Lead initiatives that enhance customer value, strengthen program engagement, and improve rewards economics across the portfolio.
• Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to keep the program leading in loyalty.
• Develop and manage business cases supporting investments, capability enhancements, and partnership expansion.
• Own the end-to-end partnership strategy for the ThankYou Rewards program and manage executive relationships.
• Own redemption capabilities and experiences, drive platform modernization and customer journeys.
• Partner with Technology and Product to prioritize investments for scalability and personalization.
• Ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences across all redemption channels.
• Drive alignment across business units and lead complex cross-functional programs.
• Present strategic recommendations and investment opportunities to executive leadership.
• Lead and develop a high-performing organization and manage budget and talent development.
• Maintain strong governance, risk controls, and regulatory compliance across activities.
