Citi ThankYou Rewards in New York is seeking a Consumer Product Sales Lead Analyst (Program Manager) to advance redemption initiatives with our national partner network. You will work with TY management, Citi Legal, and internal teams to drive engagement, cost savings, and expanded redemption options.

The role requires 6–10 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree, plus strong communication, project management, and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilités

• Manage partner relationships with major national brands.
• Coordinate campaigns, execution, and marketing strategy with partners.
• Drive platform initiatives with Citi teams (product, tech, legal, sourcing).
• Dance with contract governance by analyzing obligations with Citi Legal.
• Prepare decks for senior management updates and quarterly reviews.
• Maintain performance tracking databases and campaign summaries.
• Pursue and secure new partnerships to broaden redemption opportunities.
