Job summary

Citi is seeking a VP Rewards Reengineering - Strategy and Analytics in Jacksonville, FL to craft data-driven Rewards strategies, forecast impact, and partner across Product, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology and Operations. You will lead analytics, drive profitability, and ensure regulatory compliance in a complex credit card environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, Rewards, data analytics, risk, or similar function (Financial Services / Credit Card industry preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to derive actionable business insights from data analysis
• Highly proficient in SAS, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Understands Credit Card products and economics, P&L drivers, rewards and market dynamics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills to senior audience members
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple, complex projects at once with minimal guidance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Ability to partner with and lead a large cross functional team to drive results
• Will to win and desire to have fun

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive Rewards strategy recommendations based on in-depth customer insights, sound financial impact forecasting and regulatory awareness
• Evaluate new initiatives by developing financial sizings and risk/reward tradeoffs
• Retrieve data and conduct data driven analytics using various analytical tools
• Develop robust forecasting and tracking capabilities and ensure quality control in Rewards processes
• Understand regulatory implications associated with Rewards policy and develop mitigation / opportunity strategies
• Communicate clearly to business partners and senior leaders
