Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Consumer Product Sales Lead Analyst (Program Manager) for Citi ThankYou Rewards to drive redemption initiatives with partners and internal Citi teams in New York.

The role focuses on expanding redemption opportunities and optimizing partner relationships. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience, strong communication and project management skills, and expertise in the credit cards space.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Project management experience with the ability to support project plans and work with diverse stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Solid organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise sound judgment.
• Self-motivated with a passion for maintaining strong controls within the business.
• Relationship management skills to deepen partnerships across businesses and functions.
• Attention to detail with ability to question and improve processes.
• Credit Cards industry knowledge and trends.
• Pragmatic problem-solver with independent thought.

Responsibilities

• Support overall strategy including relationship management with partners such as national brands.
• Support day-to-day interactions and priorities with partners across campaign brainstorming, execution, and marketing strategy.
• Assist platform initiatives driving program growth by collaborating with product, tech, legal, and sourcing teams.
• Work on securing new partnerships to expand redemption opportunities.
• Analyze contractual obligations and governance with third-party redemption support.
• Develop decks for senior management updates and quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain a database of performance, tracking, and marketing campaigns; provide redemption summaries and thematic recommendations.
