Responsibilities

• Support overall strategy including relationship management with partners and major national brands.
• Assist day-to-day interactions with partners, campaign brainstorming, execution, and marketing strategy.
• Support platform initiatives driving program growth with product, tech, legal, and sourcing teams.
• Analyze contractual obligations with Citi Legal to determine governance for third-party redemption support.
• Create decks for senior management updates and quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain performance tracking and redemption campaign summaries, recommending themes for future partnerships.
• Pursue new partnerships to expand redemption opportunities.
