Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive revenue with value-based selling.
• Experience collaborating with product teams and marketing to align sales strategy.
• Strong communication skills and executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Coach the sales team to shift from discounting to value selling.
• Create sales collateral, decks, and proposals that move prospects forward.
• Bridge HubSpot CRM reporting with executive storytelling for the C-suite.
• Write follow-ups that get responses, not ignored messages.
• Collaborate with product teams to position new offerings in the Billings region.
• Drive upsell and renewal conversations with existing Civic Innovation Lab accounts.
