Chief Revenue Architect for AI-Driven Commerce

Reign is hiring a Chief Revenue Officer to build and scale the commercial engine behind its AI-native commerce platform. You will own GTM strategy, revenue operations, and cross-functional growth across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.

This role partners with the Founder & CEO and executive team to shape pricing, product strategy, and merchant expansion, driving scalable revenue in a high-growth startup.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of commercial leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS, ecommerce, fintech, or payments.
• Experience owning a company-wide revenue number as CRO, VP of Revenue, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling GTM orgs across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
• Experience designing GTM strategy, pricing, segmentation, forecasting, and commercial operating cadence.
• Proven track record scaling startups through rapid revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce, payments, merchant operations, subscriptions, or checkout infrastructure.
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap.
• Strong executive communication with founders, boards.
• High ownership mindset in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Aufgaben

• Design and scale a world-class go-to-market organization spanning Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
• Define segmentation, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions to accelerate merchant acquisition and expansion.
• Own revenue performance, including pipeline health, forecasting, conversion, retention, and expansion.
• Identify and validate adjacent merchant segments and launch new commercial motions.
• Develop and execute partnership programs across technology, payments, agencies, and channel partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, and Finance to align strategy with execution and priorities.
