Amplifi in Chicago seeks an EVP, Resource Management to guide capacity planning and workforce strategy. You will own demand-to-capacity forecasts, co-create annual plans with Finance, and ensure alignment with talent taxonomy and cost controls.

You will lead cross-functional staffing for pitches and client work, drive utilization targets, and manage mobility and progression across Amplifi teams. Strong analytical and stakeholder skills are essential.

Competenze

• 12+ years of experience in resource management or people operations.
• Proven ability to forecast capacity and manage budgets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience across multiple geographies and client engagements.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Mansioni

• Own Amplifi workforce planning, converting demand into a rolling capacity forecast by capability and location.
• Translate forecasts into hiring and annual resource plans; co-own in-year reforecasting with Finance.
• Align talent taxonomy, levels and billability across Amplifi and leadership.
• Set and govern utilization, billability and allocation targets; run standard reporting.
• Represent Amplifi on resource approvals and lead staffing for pitches and accounts.
• Oversee talent mobility, promotions, redeployment and career progression.
• Develop knowledge, skills and abilities framework for Amplifi disciplines.
