Job summary

Dentsu Amplifi in Chicago is seeking an EVP, Resource Management to lead workforce planning, budgeting, and governance across the Amplifi portfolio. You will partner with Brand Resource Management leads to align talent taxonomy, utilization, and staffing with funded scope and client demand.

The role requires high-level credibility with client and commercial leaders, and the ability to push for feasible plans even when challenged.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in a resource management or people operations role.
  • Strong capacity planning and cost management understanding.
  • Trusted advisor with relationships across organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
  • Proactive and organized in fast-paced environments.
  • Able to manage sensitive situations with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Own Amplifi workforce planning, converting demand from pitches and renewals into a rolling capacity forecast by capability, level and location.
  • Translate forecasts into hiring and annual resource plans, co-own reforecasting with Finance.
  • Lead title realignment with Talent/HR and leadership, maintain pyramid shape by capability.
  • Set and govern utilization, billability and allocation targets and run standard reporting.
  • Represent Amplifi on NA resource approvals and manage backfills and contingencies.
  • Co‑own client team design and staffing, ensure staffing aligns with scope and budget.
  • Lead mobility, assessment and progression programs across Amplifi and related brands.
