Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or related roles.
  • Experience in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Strong staffing, utilization, forecasting, and profitability knowledge.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and change leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence, not direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale the resource management function across the organization.
  • Forecast staffing needs and align talent supply with client demand.
  • Balance full-time, freelance, and contract talent for profitability.
  • Provide staffing recommendations and act as escalation point for challenges.
  • Develop analytics on utilization, forecasting, and capacity management.
