Aprio is seeking a seasoned Resource Manager to partner with practice leaders to balance workloads, align staffing with client commitments, and maintain accurate resource plans.

You will resolve staffing conflicts, communicate decisions effectively, and ensure schedules reflect skills inventories across management systems, enabling the firm to scale operations across its U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in resource management or workforce planning.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with workforce management tools.
