Job summary

Orchestra is seeking a strategic Director, Resource Management to establish and lead a new enterprise function across the organization. You will partner with HR, Finance, Operations and Vertical Leaders to create an integrated, data-driven approach to workforce planning and capacity management.

The role requires building capabilities in a complex, matrixed environment, influencing senior leaders and delivering scalable staffing solutions aligned with client work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in resource management, workforce planning, or talent deployment.
• Experience scaling resource management in complex, matrixed env.
• Strong staffing, utilization, forecasting, and profitability understanding.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders across stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and change leadership skills.
