Qualifications

• 7+ years in forecasting, workforce planning, analytics or related quantitative field.
• Proven ability to lead forecasting and analytical functions in complex multi-line environments.
• Experience transforming data into actionable business insights and influencing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and governance of short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasting models across lines of business.
• Translate forecasts into staffing and capacity plans balancing service, productivity and cost.
• Own capacity, forecasting and reporting to stakeholders; drive improvements and tool adoption.
