Job summary

This role requires coordinating with Pharmacy, Finance, Analytics, and Compliance teams in a remote-capable, nationwide setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharmaceutical rebates or related healthcare value functions.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience owning operating models and governance for complex programs.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive enterprise alignment.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Analytics, Contracting, Compliance.
• Knowledge of HCPCS/J-codes, NDC crosswalks, and reimbursement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the rebate operating model and governance for manufacturer-funded programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and financially accountable execution.
• Develop executive metrics and reporting on program effectiveness and leakage risk.
• Oversee eligibility, attestation governance, and product attribution methodologies.
• Drive compliance, audits, and continuous improvement across rebate operations.
