Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Head of Solutions Architecture in San Francisco to lead and grow the pre-sales engineering team. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Product to drive strategy, engagement with executives, and delivery of presales solutions for Stripe’s largest customers.

The role requires building a high-performing team, driving cross-functional collaboration, and guiding the voice of customers to influence product direction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of pre-sales leadership experience and 16+ years’ experience within a technical sales function.
• Track record of building and leading world-class solution architecture/engineering teams.
• Experience with Enterprise, Digital Native, SaaS Platform business models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a world-class pre-sales engineering team to grow existing user base through upsells and cosells.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to develop joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Establish strong executive relationships with key decision makers and drive stakeholder alignment.
