Encore Service Group seeks an accomplished Senior Vice President to lead parking, valet and shuttle operations across a multisite portfolio. You will steward executive strategy, financial performance, client relations and operational excellence to drive growth and service quality.

The ideal candidate demonstrates deep industry expertise, strong business acumen and a proven record of elevating organizational performance across complex service networks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of self-parking, valet, shuttle and transportation services.
• Demonstrated mastery of forecasting, cashflow, P&L management, bidding, sales and marketing.
• Proven leadership of large teams and multilocation operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Executive Leadership—Establish and execute enterprise level operational strategies across divisions.
• Financial Management—Direct P&L oversight, forecasting, cashflow, and budgets.
• Sales & Marketing Oversight—Guide sales initiatives and client acquisition strategies.
• Bidding & Contract Development—Lead bids, negotiate terms, secure partnerships.
• Client Satisfaction Governance—Maintain high service standards and continuous improvement.
• Operational Excellence—Implement systems and workforce practices to boost productivity.
